The more ingredients you eat, the more accurate and complete the information will be.
Edo calculates the nutritional value of food, based on its ingredients and nutrition facts.
Edo is integrated with HealthKit, so you can automatically load your personal data and keep them updated.
How does it work?
In the first screen of the app, you can choose the food category you want to know the nutritional quality of. You can also add an ingredient or a nutrition fact to know more about it.
In the next screen, you need to enter the information about the meal you are going to eat. You can add the following information:
Age: you can add your age, to have a better estimate of your nutritional quality.
Weight: the more you weigh, the more accurate the results will be.
Health: if you have a health problem, you can choose if you want to know the nutritional quality for people with health problems or for people who are not.
